Army Mosquito
Barbed wire was all around especially in the area to his immediate front restricting where he could go. Signs with special markings were visible giving signals to alert the senses of untold danger that could immediately unfold. The earth and vegetation were riddled with sharpened metal pieces that would destroy anything with or without life. His weary soul was protected for another night as he looked at the stars above and reflection of the quiet moon.
With special magnified glasses he surveyed the surrounding landscape; he was cautious and had to survive. Any moving, breathing, thing or person, he would detect within his range. Unable to lower his guard he maintained heightened sensitivity of his environment; his desire is life. Knowing the danger of this landscape, he realized that dramatic suspense could unfold in a split second and could be costly. Occasionally, a blasting sound of explosion would echo in the distance, a flash of light, and then quietness sets in. He had an eerie feeling as a cold chill ran down his spine.
His uniform was partially wet and the slight chill down his spine grew more intense as the night's rain slightly drizzled. At times he cautiously tapped the back of his neck as if to ward off the nuisance of a mosquito-a sensitive twitch. He had an eerie feeling that the weather was not on his side. A slight fog started to rise on the landscape. He felt it was too silent and the thought of "a calm before the storm" kept rambling through his mind.
Suddenly, and without notice, the landscape erupted in a violent explosion before his eyes; one could see the whiteness in his eyes. He was momentarily dazed. He searched for his weapon and held it at the ready as he looked though his high-powered night vision scope. Seeing movements heading in his direction he picked up the radio receiver and dispatched a preselected code. In a moment's notice he was no longer alone. As an elite soldier manning an observational post, he was the eyes and ears of a forward element, heart of the night fighters, on a wet battlefield in the heat of the night.

i recently watched a documentry about the book of revelations,it was amazing!!it predicted the end of the world,the final battle between good vs evil,it explained,the devil will become a powerful leader and the world will love him,n follow him,,only a few will oppose him and his army will ave a stand off wit d opposers,then jesus will come down frm d sky and destroy d devil.it predicts large mosquitos who spits fire,experts believe they represent helicopters.do you think this will happen??have we as christians losing the battle against evil??

Only a complete fool could fail to realize that if man is given completely over to his relative truth delusions, scientific theories, and continues to worship his technology more than he loves his fellow man, he will inevitably terminate his own existence. In other words; if the Satan this world worships is given full reign it will be an experience in horror like none other. I have a feeling that it's coming to that conclusion.
In most countries prison is where society sends its failures. Yet, in this country; society itself is failing. America is the most scientifically and technologically advanced society in the world. But, it has arguably the highest prison population as well. There are places in America nearly as bad as Baghdad and Beirut. It is fast becoming a nation of gluttons and dengenerates of all forms based on the religion of secular humanism. America now serves as a prime example of how no matter what man can cleverly devise; he is still destined for failure without God.
Man isn't an animal but, without love in his heart and some control mechanisms he will become as one. Some men will use any excuse conceivable to become as beasts to achieve their ends. And, we know how animals act in the wild. You can only imagine if they could use our weaponry what they would do to themselves?
Man is simultaneously making progress technologically while degenerating morally. Deadly combination. He has devised a brilliant GPS system yet, is completely lost and without moral compass.
Man can find a cure for deadly diseases that kill people but, can't cure the disease in his own heart that causes him to kill mankind. He has forsaken the Law of God that promotes life and resorted to the law of the jungle in hot pursuit of his own self destruction. And he may soon achieve his objective.
Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus.
