Camp Chair
It is the middle of winter and you are probably dreaming of someplace warm, someplace sandy and comfortable, someplace where you and your beach lounge chair can get up close and personal to sand and surf. I don't know what it is about winter exactly that makes people think such things, but I know for me it is the longing for the joys of summer. Long days, trips to the lake, boating, long days of sunshine, etc. Until those days are back again, all we can do is dream.
Beach lounge chairs will be a big part of our lives again soon enough. I have big plans to get some new ones. I am thinking of going with something a little nicer than I have been using the past few years. Instead of a regular webbed lawn chair, or even a slightly more comfortable camp chair, I am going to go all out. I have my sights on a chair that is slightly larger than normal. I am "big boned" so I need something wider and longer than the normal wimpy chair.
A fabric beach lounge chair should do nicely. No irritating holes in webbing for my elbows to fit through. No annoying scratchy feel. Just a nice soft place to soak up some sun. Oh, I also have to have a place to set my drink. I have seen some of these lounge chairs on the beach that have built in drink holders. Pretty cool idea. Yep, for me it's probably going to be an Ergo lounger or an Anywhere Chair.
An Ergo beach lounge chair is designed with the human body in mind. I don't know about you, but when it comes time to go from the car to the beach, I don't like hauling a bunch of heavy stuff. These chairs have light weight aluminum frames that are also very strong. And, what's even better is that they come with an assortment of pillows to make lounging more comfortable. There's the face/neck pillow that allows for comfortable relaxing either face down, or even for those with a ponytail to think about. There's also an abdominal pillow and a breast or head pillow. The Ergo beach lounge chair looks good too. It comes in a sharp cobalt blue. The Sport model even has a place to store magazines and your drink by the arm rests.
An Anywhere Chair is a beach lounge chair equally deserving of consideration. They are made out of beautiful oak wood and are strong, safe, and long-lasting. I do like that these chairs are offered in 24 different colors. Finding just the right color for each person's personal preference should be no problem at all. They also have four different positions so you can adjust them to just how you want. There's even a horizontal attachable leg rest to make lounging even more comfy.
Winter is here now, but it won't be too long and we'll be heading to the beach. Thinking about, and planning for, which beach lounge chair you want is a fun exercise. Even if just for a few moments, it's fun to day dream just a little bit about a day in the sun. No more ice to deal with, no more hauling fire wood, no more short dark days. Just relaxing and enjoying life on your new beach lounge chair.

Especially, when you had to hold your arms straight out in front of your chest, palms down?
