Their Iceline bag uses the highest quality down; it has great warmth to weight ratio, small pack size and excellent longevity. The recommended sleepzone for the Iceline is +3 to -25 deg C.
Sleeping bag liners can add extra warmth to your sleeping bag. It will also help to keep it clean and fresh. Liners are available in silk, cotton or fleece. What to pack for sleep away camp?
Ok so I'm going to this sleep away camp this summer for 2 weeks its my first time and I don't know what to pack. There will be both indoor and outdoor activities and its spring where I'm going. Help please?
Your camp should have given you a packing list with all the stuff on it that they require you to bring and also what clothing you need. If they didn't give you a packing list then you should call them up and ask for one. What to bring really is different camp to camp, the best example I can think of this is that at some camps, campers sleep in sleeping bags and at some camps, campers sleep with sheets and blankets.
Fun stuff to bring that may not be on the packing list:
1. Stuffed animal
2. A book to read during down time
3. Swim goggles
4. A nice flashlight (it should run you around $10 or $15 but totally worth it)
5. A address book to write down all of your new friends info
6. A journal to write about camp
7. Dress up clothes for skits or dances. I own a pair of neon blue leggings just for camp.
8. Deck of cards.
Don't bring
1. Make- up
2. Candy
3. Cell phone
4. iPod
5. Gameboy, DS or anything else like that
6. Clothes you care about
7. Anything that you would hate to see lost or broken
8. Anything on the 'do not bring' list. Its not worth it, trust me, bringing your cell phone is totally not worth it if it gets lost, broken, taken away and you won't have service up at camp anyways. Same goes with anything else on that list.
Hope that helps!
