Case Model
If you have ever been involved with trains of any kind, then you have more than likely heard of the G scale model train at some point or another. These are also known as large scale trains simply because they are just that: large. What you have here is what is known as a Garden Variety model train, which is used mostly in gardens. No doubt you can easily guess at the appeal of having a large scale model train making its way amongst your fruits and vegetables. Not only does it add a sense of style to your gardening, it also amuses any children that happen to be present.
But exactly how large is this type of train? Essentially what you are looking at is a 1:22 scale model. This scale dwarfs most other types of model trains out there. The only other one that comes close is the O scale, but it is only half the length of the G scale train. Before the G scale was invented, the O scale was considered to be the largest model train out there.
In case you are wondering what exactly the G stands for, besides Garden, you would be interested to know it comes from a German word. The word is groß, and it literally translates into 'big'. It has well earned its name, as the train runs on a No. 1 gauge track.
They are large and they are tough. This makes them the ideal train for outdoor use, and to make it even better they do not require regular maintenance. They will run and run for years at a time, and all you need to do is make sure they are clean. If you really want to, and have the space, then using a G scale indoors is also a viable option.
Some of the better brands out there are Aristocrat and Backmann. They create some of the best toy trains in the United States. Another reason to invest in a G scale train is that children often wish to know the joy of operating a model train, but they cannot quite handle the smaller models. The G scale train will succeed where more fragile trains have failed.
It's really not a surprise that there are so many different types of trains. No matter what you want to do, there is a model for it. Not only are there different scales, there are also different types. Look around and see what you can find. You will be utterly amazed at the variety!

How do you change batteries in Energizer Hard case flashlight model TUF421WBE?
Energizer biggest goof. They do not include instructions nor imprint instruction on the flashlight. I received clues from other yahoo answer, but I had to disassemble the unit to find out the entire base unscrews. You don't have to remove the rubber boot or any screws. You just rotate the bottom portion of the base. I don't have any question other than how lame the designers of the packaging for this item?
Ah...I was hoping I would find out how to get those batteries in there. I was unscrewing screws and trying how to pry that part off. Never thought of it being able to unscrew. No directions anywhere. Stupid. Thank you for posting this.
