Although many of us grew up with the trusty coil and spring mattress, they do tend to put undue pressure on various areas of our body, which then in turn can cause restricted circulation to those spots, but not that this has any immediate and noticeable implications. But often over the long term when some of us begin to get aches and pains in the neck, shoulders and back, we simply put this down to aging, but quite often it's due to years of sleeping on coiled or spring mattresses.
Another option for the best mattress experience is not to replace your old one but transform it into a feather mattress or featherbed. The great thing about feather beds is that you do not have to spend thousands on a new mattress set. In fact you only need splash out on a fraction of the price for a replacement mattress by adding a featherbed to your regular sleeping surface. They're great ideas and a fabulous way to increase your comfort at bedtime.
Beds and bedding have come a long way since grannies day, and depending on your personal taste and level of comfort, you can chose from an array of modern mattresses ranging from springs, coils, foam, air, and water. Today there are just so many different styles to choose from, which if anything can make it all just a little overwhelming.

I want to undo the hide option i chose about seeing news feeds from a certain person on facebook. How do i go?
I was just curious what the hide button would do and clicked it. An "undo" prompt was there for a few seconds but i wasnt able to catch it on time.
How do i undo it?
Scroll down all the way to the bottom of your homepage/News Feed. Towards the lower right hand part of the screen is a link that says "Edit Options." Click that. You will then get a pop-up of all the people/Profiles you have chosen to hide. Click the "Add to News Feed" button next to their name and you will now see stories about them again on your News Feed.
