Is it possible to buy replacement parts for a tent?
I have a Eureka Apex 2XT 2 Person Backpacking Tent which ive had for 4 years. Both the poles are broken and the Rain Trap has holes in it. I dont want to but a new tent so im trying to find replacment parts. I found replacemnt poles off the Eureka website but i cant find any replacements for the tarp.....
Eureka customer service is poor and it shows in the price of their tents. They are built only to last a few seasons so that you will come back and buy their newest knockoff of a better tent design and quality. You would be spending as much to get their new tent anyway so suck it up and buy the new one.
