I'd like to make a peyote closure and am having trouble finding help with the circular peyote portion. How do I keep it flat rather than creating a bezel?
Your are actually creating tubular peyote when you create a peyote closure. If go round your close more than two or 3 times it will begin to bezel. If you would like to create a peyote closure using circular peyote you will have to increase the number of beads when you get to the 3rd row so it will lay flat. Hannah Rachel has a tutorial for a more complex peyote closure on her etsy website.
