In short, you can try to improve the way your child breathes. Such a tactic is grounded in simple physiological knowledge. The brain of any person, whether child or adult, uses up more oxygen than any other organ. One does not have to go to medical school to see that oxygen is a huge factor in the development and growth of mental functions.
In addition, the very discipline inherent in the adoption of breathing exercises can itself aid in developing mental focus. It takes a great deal of concentration to notice and regulate a bodily function we usually take for granted. If a young child learns to practice this kind of discipline, he or she will prove a remarkable exception to the stereotype of the child with the very short attention span.
Better yet, controlled, deep breathing carries a host of other positive effects, besides the improvement of mental faculties. It can keep a person calm, and can lead to better sleeping and eating habits.
If you practice yoga, think about doing some of the breathing exercises with your child. Try not to treat it as something arduous you are imposing on your child, when he or she should be having fun. Rather, you will be using a health-promoting activity in order to bond with your son or daughter. If you do not practice yoga, there is nothing wrong with the two of you learning yogic breathing together. You will be providing a good example for your child. You will be showing him or her not only the benefits of good mental and physical health, but the fact that even big, wise adults should always try to learn something new.
There are several ways you can pick up yoga tips. Some basic yoga classes are offered free, as part of fairs or seminars. Try to check for upcoming events like this in your area.

95 Ford F-150?
My F-150 is acting strange. My trucks acceleration is slugish, it hesiatates. Some times when I press the gas pedal, its like nothing happens, and then all of a sudden it takes off.
I took it to a local Ford Dealership, they did a salt water test and found the spark jumping from the wires, so I payed $370.00 for a tune up and 2 days later it has started all over again.
They also said that I needed a new oxygen sensor, but because they didn't have genuine parts in stock they couldn't offer me a warranty for a after market part.
Does anyone have any ideas, I can't afford them to keep guessing until they get it right. Thanks
Could be fuel filter if not changed in some time or could be fuel pressure regulator. Also may need to check Mass Air flow sensor (MAF). No need to take to a dealer, try a local shop that is AAA rated or that has ASE certification.
