How many technical rucksacks are available? I would guess at hundreds. There are ones for hiking, biking, running, walking, day trips, trekking, climbing - basically one for every activity out there. They have technical features that blow your mind. Who thinks of them?

Vaude's Gomera 18 is a small backpack perfect for day trips designed specifically for women. It may be small but it is packed with features and weighs only 900 grams. If you are into running and want to move with minimum weight, beltpacks allow you to carry all your needs with stability and comfort. Lowe Alpine's Mesa Runner is a firm favorite with mountain runners and bikers, it weighs just 280 grams.
OMM packs allow you to strip down the pack to the very minimum to give you a lighter load when running. These stripped features can be added back on when needed.
