Both these are great for wearing in the office. If you have to choose between the two, you will need to consider your preferences and your workplace environment as it may be more comfortable for you to wear the short sleeve style rather than long sleeve ones.
Woven shirts with buttons down the front are also great casual work wear. These casual working shirts are either made of cotton or polyester-cotton blend. Like the polo shirts, woven shirts come in short sleeve and long sleeve styles. Characteristic of most woven shirts, though, is their softness; some designs and styles of woven shirts have been made specifically to provide wearers (you!) feel maximum softness and comfort. Woven shirts are extremely popular casual work wear items and they are available in various sizes and styles for both men and women.
For casual work wear bottoms, you'll find no shortage of pants and trousers. Cargo pants made of cotton or polyester-cotton blend, for one, are incredibly comfortable to wear and are perfect for most workplace environment. These pants have several pockets, making them extremely functional. Cargo pants come in various sizes, colors and styles -- you're sure to find a few pairs that are perfect for wearing at work.
When it comes to dressing smart and comfortably at work, you can have your pick from the various casual work wear items available today -- polo shirts, cargo pants and other types of casual work apparel.
Tommy has a collection of Lacoste Polo shirts that he has worn to work for several years without the fabric looking worn or the colors becoming faded. At a reasonable price, he recommends Lacoste Polo shirts and for outdoor headwear, Lacoste hats. He even keeps the money he saves from buying online, at less expensive prices rather than in his local mall, in his Lacoste wallet.

It's perfect!
I would get everything in teal so it matches the coat (pink won't match well).
Some advice is that to have another pair of (waterproof) gloves for days you want to build a snowman or something. (the gloves you chose don't look that waterproof)
