Wii Fit offers you an amazing addition to your Wii Console's active play but allowing you the chance to actually exercise through using your Wii Console. EA Active uses the stretch band, nunchuck and the balance board to focus on more a more traditional exercise programme to build up your strength and stamina by setting up your own flexible work out programme with the support of Bob Greene a fitness expert. The game keeps record of your calories burnt during the workout session and can be translated into a two player mode to have a competitive aspect. A new version of EA Active is to be released in time for Christmas called EA Sports Active: More Workouts which is sure to be as popular as the first instalment from EA and will be a great stocking filler.
To compete with EA Sport Active is Wii Fit the original fitness workout game design for the Wii console and has also released an expansion package called Wii Fit Plus to increase the amount of workout options and more mini games and is a software only game but is great for someone who already uses Wii Fit.
Wii Fit uses the balance board to allow players to focus on toning up and relaxing through Yoga and other basic gym exercises to help increase your core fitness. The workout's are not really meant to make you go for the burn but if used regularly would definitely improve your general fitness and well being along-side a sensible diet. The exercise on Wii Fit will increase as you use it more and although it might feel quite simplistic in the movements they can still make you sore the next day.
Punchout for the Wii can also get the heart pumping and the sweat going although it is not strictly marketed as an exercise game so is perfect for getting someone you know to move more and do a little exercise without them realising it! This is perfect for family amusement as well as for individuals who like getting some of their stresses out by pretending to hit someone.

and, i don't plan on getting them all done at once. Spread out over probably 10-15 years. [:
I plan on being a doctor, however, most of the tattoos im planning on getting are easily covered. and the apparent ones are just script.

i wanted all my tats for a long time before i got them done so just make sure you wont regret them.
by the time you get your first tat you might have changed your mind about the rest of them
but i dont think its overkill, get whatever tats you want
