how to reduce the power consumption in emergency lights?
is it better to change the fluorescent tube to led tube?.
Emergency lights are on only for an emergency, so reducing the power consumption should never be a factor. They should be selected for longevity and reliability (which may point you towards more efficient lights) and visibility under poor conditions.
Unless they are running off a limited capacity battery, again, that may point to a more efficient lamp. In that case, a LED is best.
