I have a friend who is a teenager and her mom says that she will need to go to bed at 1 AM so she can get used to getting to bed early for school. My friend always stays up to 3 in the morning and doesn't wake up to 12 in the afternoon. So i was wondering how long it takes so my friend's body can get used to getting up early for school and going to bed early. In other words how long does it take to change sleeping patterns or your internal clock to change.
